Organic kale pesto

Grown in the company’s fields on the slopes of the Gargano and harvested entirely by hand, curly kale, better known by its English name “kale,” is the star of a high-quality organic kale pesto. The pesto indeed preserves the organoleptic properties of the fresh product thanks to a cold processing of the ingredients that enhances its flavors and aromas. A true vegetable of wellbeing, kale is valued for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and for the presence of beta-carotene, vitamins A, C and B6, and lutein and zeaxanthin.
